一幻拉麵登陸荃新天地隆重開幕之前已經食過一幻拉麵嘅屯門店，今次終於唔洗去到咁遠喇，係荃灣荃新天地開分店！荃灣獨有黑蒜叉燒蝦湯拉麵沿用一幻招牌甜蝦湯底，湯頭濃郁不多說，尾韻還有淡淡的黑蒜甜味！以蝦油起鑊爆香薑蓉和蒜蓉，帶出醇和甜味與香氣，最後更會在拉麵上澆上充滿風味的日本黑蒜油，令整碗拉麵的黑蒜味道更添層次感蝦汁胡麻冷麵好食好食好食！其實冷麵也是很適合夏天食用啊，當天氣悶熱、胃口不佳時，冷麵絕對是小清新推介！胡麻醬汁用炒香過嘅芝麻、蝦粉，加上蝦油、蒜蓉、日本醬油等調製而成！個人覺得個冷麵口感100分，質感煙韌彈牙，有嚼勁！一幻叉燒飯切成一粒粒嘅日式叉燒，都幾好食！而上面再加入麵酥，口感都幾好！而且我最鐘意飯上面有青蔥及辣椒醬提味，整體都好食！香辣甜蝦椰菜沙律我覺得個香辣甜蝦炸得好好食，香脆蝦乾配鮮生椰菜，成啖都好清新！
