很久沒有去一幻吃拉麵了，今天經過見到有一人套餐，於是入店點一份獨自品嚐。套餐價格比散點優惠。要了蕃茄蝦湯拉麵，原味餃子，，無糖可樂。紅橙橙的蝦湯拉麵上檯，大大碗，有兩片大蕃茄，兩片薄切豚肉，半隻流心蛋。蝦湯味道香濃，拉麵我要幼身的，麵質煙韌適中，容易掛汁，真是吃到雪雪聲。餃子煎得剛好，細細隻，皮薄易吃，有焦脆的一面夠香口，餃子餡料充足，肉質軟滑。抹茶蕨餅，有三粒，抹茶粉蓋滿整粒蕨餅，口感軟綿，伴著黃色的糖漿同吃，味道佳。一邊吃麵一邊喝著冰凍可樂，感覺暢快。一人也可吃得滿足。 continue reading

見到佢有下午茶set，就入去食啦，對於日本過江龍拉麵唔敢抱太大期望。食咗最基本嗰隻原味蝦湯拉麵，個湯OK好飲喎，好濃蝦味，食完唔會好頸渴。麵都煙靭嘅，有啲後悔揀咗粗麵，如果係幼麵應該更加掛湯，唔知係咪下午茶關係麵比較少。反而我覺得個綠茶蕨餅更值得留意，煙靭得來唔係好似啫喱咁膠，食完鹹嘅拉麵食佢就係完美嘅組合。 continue reading
