To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「一年容易又中秋」,這個標題,已不知用過多少個年頭了…這年又是它 -《嘉麟樓》的奶黃月餅,跟往年一樣,這年他又早就買了三大張月餅劵回來。就是因為奶黃月餅,我才有「機會」大條道理地踏足半島酒店!!!盛載的盒子有點像首飾盒,拿來送禮絕不失禮。打開盒蓋之時已散發出陣陣牛油香,盒內有八小個精緻如棋子餅般的小月餅…蛋黃混和奶黃的餡料,吃起來質感有點像小蛋糕,不太甜,味道剛剛好(還記得第一次試吃時,傻傻的我還以為「奶黃月餅」內的奶黃跟奶黃包同樣是流心的)…「嗯,我唔客氣喇~」
