晚上一家大細一齊食晚飯,就選擇酒樓吧。七點多不是很多人,不用等位,可是燒鵝已經賣曬了,真的十分搶手,下次再試吧。前菜有雲耳,花生和青瓜。就叫了一味上湯焗波士頓龍蝦,加伊麵底。伊麵很多,龍蝦新鮮,咬下去尚有上湯流出,若肉質嫩滑些更好。伊麵沾上上湯和龍蝦汁,還有葱花。還試了砂窩燒汁牛仔骨,十分惹味。尤其洋蔥和小葱頭,沾滿了燒汁。牛仔骨份量不算少,味道很濃,還吃得出甜味和咸味。砂窩上能保持熱度,慢慢吃也可。
