金薯蜜椒牛柳粒煲見到呢個係今期特別推介所以點都要試試,薯仔厚切炸到好脆但中間都仲有薯仔好粉既質感,加上一層薄薄既蜜糖,就咁食都已經好正。牛柳粒係炒得岩岩好,肉質淋亦都冇乜筋,牛味好突出,就咁食呢個餸已經夠送飯!揚州炒飯(細)與其叫白飯不如嗌個細既揚州炒飯一齊share啦,飯炒到粒粒分明而且叉燒味好香,加埋仲有大大粒既蝦仁,都幾正宗既揚州炒飯,要趁熱食如果唔係好快就會凍咗。酥炸豬肉蝦棗呢個睇落好特色而上碟個陣我地都呆咗,因為每舊都好大粒而且入面密度好高好足料,加埋店舖自制既甜醬,唔會好漏而且蝦膠同豬肉味混合一齊食好夾!荔技咕嚕肉開頭以為係個外形整到似荔枝但原來真係落咗荔枝肉一齊炒,咕嚕肉最重要係炸到香脆後再佈滿咕嚕醬,呢度就做足呢樣野。每粒咕嚕肉都炸得好脆而且係一口既size,加上咕嚕醬完美混和埋一齊,所以食落口感十足又夠哂味。蒜蓉西蘭花最後普通叫個菜但都其實好高質,西蘭心都係切到一口size,而且炒得岩岩好唔會變黃又或者太生太硬,加埋蒜蓉吊味,成碟菜都好好食同夠新鮮。

荔技咕嚕肉
開頭以為係個外形整到似荔枝但原來真係落咗荔枝肉一齊炒,咕嚕肉最重要係炸到香脆後再佈滿咕嚕醬,呢度就做足呢樣野。每粒咕嚕肉都炸得好脆而且係一口既size,加上咕嚕醬完美混和埋一齊,所以食落口感十足又夠哂味。
