To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 極上和牛餐(二人份量)當中包含一個沙律、海鮮拼盤、紫菜飯、海鮮湯、和牛拼盤跟大啡菇、冷豆腐、兩個甜品及兩杯飲品。          柚子鴨胸沙律--沙律是以柚子汁調味的,因為本人不太好沒有沙律醬的沙律,所以對此不太欣賞,但沙律中的鴨胸質地爽口,感覺卻是幾特別的。          海鮮拼盤--兩隻蝦、兩隻帶子、兩隻蠔、兩隻青口、兩塊粟米,因為本人不甚好海鮮,所以只試了帶子及粟米,基本上兩樣食物的味道普通,帶子的新鮮度不足,不過因為本身沾上了醬汁,所以亦算可口,而粟米的甜度及水份亦不足,味道平平。點了牛油帶子,及encore了海鮮拼盤,每款都很鮮甜,重點的牛油燒生蠔好好吃呢!和牛拼盤--和牛牛舌、和牛片及和牛粒,三樣中本人偏愛和牛粒,因為當中的油脂分佈均勻,於爐上燒烤過後,肉質鮮嫩多汁,十分可口;
