To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次黎到都必食嘅酥皮焗叉燒包😋深水埗飲茶嘅話,我最鐘意去添好運👍因為佢地嘅酥皮焗叉燒包實在太好食😍外層係鬆脆嘅酥皮,裏面嘅叉燒餡都好食,係其他酒樓係食唔返呢個味道。另一樣推介嘅係,豬膶腸粉,呢個好食😋今次仲試左新野。櫻花蝦撈面,味道唔錯,櫻花蝦份量好多🥰

外層係鬆脆嘅酥皮,裏面嘅叉燒餡都好食,係其他酒樓係食唔返呢個味道。
