To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前入打邊爐關注組,日日都見到group友有唔同推介同邊到有伏,要小心選擇,其中一間話題性都幾多,就係呢間泰金鍋,話題性高係因為佢出左少見泰式火鍋放題,仲有免費體驗捉大頭蝦,好多人都話佢性質比唔錯🤑所以就決定happy Friday try try原來可以鴛鴦鍋,青檸椰奶雞湯鍋味道比較淡,酸酸地唔會好濃味,反而叻沙鍋就超惹味,叫左兩款滑,分別是蟹子墨魚滑同免治雞滑,墨魚滑feel到係好足料,好彈牙,而蟹子脆卜卜質感,令到口感更豐富,再encore都食得哂☺️朋友攞左D萵筍片、粟米、冬菇、金菇返黎,佢話唔可以淨係食牛,要食下菜,不過都相當吸味,我唔鍾意食菜都不停同佢爭食🤣遲下再book位去食

原來可以鴛鴦鍋,青檸椰奶雞湯鍋味道比較淡,酸酸地唔會好濃味,反而叻沙鍋就超惹味,叫左兩款滑,分別是蟹子墨魚滑同免治雞滑,墨魚滑feel到係好足料,好彈牙,而蟹子脆卜卜質感,令到口感更豐富,再encore都食得哂☺️
