To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六老友一早來電,說上環開了間壽司店已經預約了一定要拉我去嘗試。坐下,就問店長有什麽好介紹,推介最多人選擇的十四貫壽司$398。沙律及蟹肉茶碗蒸。深海池魚魚脂豐厚,肉質爽嫩,配上大蔥和木魚絲吃增添香味。帆立貝洒少許日本柚子,味道清甜鮮美😋👍。赤貝新鮮爽脆味鮮。牡丹蝦新鮮特別黏口,加上燒過的蝦膏,口感更複雜👍。針魚色澤亮麗,配上薑蓉吃。金線鯛輕炙滲出油脂,特別嫩滑😋。第—次生吃新鮮銀雪魚,因為是養殖,所以可以刺身吃法。油脂特濃,配柚子胡椒,入囗鮮嫩溶化😍。梳子魚表層炙後有燒過的香味,加上芝麻,特別香口😄。鰤魚肉質甜美、脂膏豐腴😋。鰹魚用洋蔥汁配搭,出奇合拍不錯。太刀魚彈牙有嚼勁。三文魚子,粒粒晶瑩剔透、顆顆飽滿,,咸香而有鮮味。海膽十份鮮甜,令人回味😄😋。中トロ没有オトロ的油膩,入口魚脂剛好😋。左口魚邊經炙燒過 ,油份迫出,入口即溶化👍👍。最後一碗熱辣辣的麵豉湯,待胃暖和。甜品白桃雪葩清一清味蕾,好豐盛的一頓午餐。最後回家看看照片,好似多了一貫。
