一年四季打邊爐我都一樣咁中意！今次去左元朗大滾友食個火鍋先，哈哈打邊爐湯底最緊要啦！叫番個鎮店之寶湯底「玲瓏浮凸花膠雞湯鍋」半隻雞$288雞件上枱店員已介紹係半生熟，滾幾分鐘可以食得，肉質嫩嫩的！花膠本來大到成塊面咁大，但方便打邊爐，店員細心剪左有成20件，花膠一定要滾耐D，咁先索哂湯底味！湯底係濃郁嘅金黃色雞湯，飲落好rich肥牛叫左「大滾友牛肉拼盤(小)」有安格斯肥牛肉、骰子牛肉粒、本地牛肉、牛頸脊、雪花牛肉、牛舌、牛胸爽，總共7款！每款都幾多份量，值得一試鳳尾蝦鮮雲吞原隻大蝦包雲吞，特式得黎又好食！仲叫左手打鵝肝墨魚丸、手打鮮牛丸，爽口彈牙！另外叫左豬紅、脆鯇腩片、蔬菜等等…..食到好飽，一定會再黎！
