To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天跟朋友去完大澳,攀山涉水後帶著一身疲倦找男朋友拍拍拖去到元朗後男朋友神秘地帶我去食日本野好難得我男朋友會好主動帶我去食野,所以都有點好奇去那裡。最後他帶了我來了這裡當點完食物後老闆娘跟我們說加拿大海膽不夠新鮮,建議點馬糞海膽,真是很細心出奇地新鮮日本生蠔,本身我和男朋友在法國跟日本之間選擇,最後簡了日本生蠔海水味有點重,建議配合清酒一起品嚐。左口魚裙邊跟帆立貝壽司左口魚裙邊入口即溶,好有驚喜必試而帆立貝是熟的,比想像中有出入溏心蛋,溏心十足感覺味道不太足夠炸蝦天婦羅,皮脆蝦甜總結:一定會再來多次!
