I am a frequent customers at Dragon King. Lately, I found the quality sinks to new low. I'm not sure if 幟哥is too busy with TV food shows and have not time to do the quality control or what. But the food there (Kwun Tong branch) is been disappointing me greatly these months. I wonder if they even have change their chef! they do give quality ingredient, fresh oysters, fresh crabs and I am pretty sure they sourced quality stuff from every corner on earth. Yet, the chef has totally wasted the fresh ingredients.

Oyster is over-done, veggies is soaked and bland, even the famous 龍皇泡飯is getting so salty.



I would suggest 幟哥you should spend more time to train your chef!
