To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和同事到觀塘龍皇吃午飯,之前都來過兩三次,價錢來説不算平,但食物水準都唔錯。但今次來到,無論食物的出品或服務都好似差咗啲。 沙巴海蝦餃 $33 - 蝦餃是我今天覺得最好食的點心,蝦肉爽口,蝦餃皮厚度適中,一籠有四粒。雪嶺叉燒包$24 - 這個叉燒包真是有點失望,叉燒饀很咸,個雪嶺做得唔夠鬆化,而且很細個。蜜汁叉燒腸$33 - 腸粉的皮不錯,都幾滑,裡面的叉燒味道比起雪嶺叉燒包正常點,加了豉油都唔覺太咸。濃湯斑肉泡米線$158 - 這個米線的湯,說是濃湯,但飲落就不覺太多魚味,味道有些淡。斑肉亦有點鞋,而且米缐份量太少。茶錢 $15 一位,服務一般,沒有人主動加水壼的水。 continue reading

又到星期日同屋企人飲茶時間,我們訂了兩點下午茶時間,可能假日的關係客人比較多, 酒樓環境有點迫夾,可能樓底低的關係, 比較嘈雜。 龍皇的點心質素都唔錯, 當日叫了17碟點心+ 一碟乾炒牛河。 每一款點心的味道都很平均, 我最喜歡吃蛋撻仔, 酥皮鬆化, 蛋味香濃。 鵪鶉蛋燒賣也很好吃, 而家好少酒樓有鵪鶉蛋燒賣, 所以見到都會叫的。 蝦餃皮薄餡靚, 蝦肉大大粒又鮮味。 鴨掌炆得好入味又夠淋, 蛋散鬆化香口。不過龍皇的服務方面還是要改善一下, 當日點了蘿蔔糕, 我們想問侍應攞一碟甜醬, 她的答案是蘿蔔糕不跟甜醬的, 之後我們問另一個侍應成功攞到。 難道乾炒牛河沒有跟豆瓣醬就沒有豆瓣醬給客人? continue reading

今日星期五約咗婆婆飲下午茶,試一試究竟它是否抵食和好味。1. 茶錢15蚊喺觀塘區來說都幾貴,雖然茶係靚D,裝修係靚D,但計條數都唔抵。2. 炒飯好有鑊氣,多料,又不貴,整體來說很有特色,不錯,值得一試3. 薑蔥牛栢葉佢係大點75折$21左右,冇乜薑蔥味,好似好多辣椒油,但好甜,牛栢葉挺入味和爽口, 外表普通4. 沙巴鮮蝦餃佢係特點75折$24左右,好普通,蝦唔出色環境寬闊,唔使搭枱,另外,牙籖亦挺有特色,真不平凡。但太貴,不會再度光臨。 continue reading
