文華酒店的扒房大家都唔陌生,最出名就係佢既威靈頓牛,記得要提早book位個陣就order,因為係每日限量供應,當天選擇了CLASSIC 5-COURSE TASTING MENU可以食晒佢地最signature的菜色,最值得一讚既係佢地服務水準真係非常高,而且環境氣氛昏暗浪漫好岩情侶黎慶祝BEEF WELLINGTON 威靈頓牛的製作過程繁複又難控制火候,所以能夠令牛的肉質保持鮮嫩而外皮又酥香是非常講究,文華就能做出一件完美的威靈頓牛STEAK TARTARE用了A5和牛製作的他他鮮嫩非常,但只配一片麵包很難將全部他他分享黑松露三文治雖然是餐前小食,但都不馬虎,濃濃的黑松露味HOME-SMOKED SALMON經過煙燻的三文魚,上枱前是由職員推住架車仔係你面前切,原條的三文魚好吸引,而額外可根據自己口味再加配不同食材,有檸檬、蔥、紅菜頭、酸豆、芝士等等OYSTER失望,當晚的蠔非常瘦弱🥹LOBSTER BISQUE龍蝦肉會先放碗底,再由職員倒湯,湯味濃郁有龍蝦味,而湯內的龍蝦粒都厚實,同行友人覺得較咸,但重口味人士覺得OK🤣
