食物:一個前菜一個湯三個main dish,份量非常之足夠


1. 水煮白蘆筍配 48 個月西班牙黑毛豬風乾火腿及蛋黃醬 - 作為頭盤,白蘆筍的質感嫩滑,與風乾火腿的鹹香味道形成了完美的對比。蛋黃醬的濃郁口感提升了整道菜的層次感。



2.龍蝦濃湯 - 濃郁鮮美,龍蝦的鮮甜和湯的濃郁相互融合,令人回味無窮。


3.白蘆筍意大利飯 - 以綿密的米飯搭配鮮嫩的白蘆筍,質感豐富,口感鮮美,相對較為清淡唔會過膩。


4.自製貝殼粉配意大利西西里紅蝦、車匣番茄及香草 - 記得擠壓蝦頭嘅蝦膏出嚟

6.甜品:樓下fine food shop多款出名嘅甜品,加上蝴蝶酥,完全可以滿足鍾意食甜品嘅你,喺甜品車上面任你揀,結果我一口氣揀咗三款。



7.wine pairing: $620配上四杯酒,提升味蕾嘅享受。


服務:老牌酒店一級餐廳優質服務,關注客人需要,主廚亦會出嚟同客人打招呼,聽取食客意見。


環境:本身考慮去IFC新開嗰間有海景,不過聽講服務爭啲(可能仲係新),結果都係選擇呢間“老店”, 隱匿在酒店內的小天地,為你打開一扇通往美食狂歡的大門。


氣氛:細膩的佈置/窗口玫瑰/圓拱形裝潢設計勾勒出意大利古鎮的美麗,柔和的燈光和蠟燭灑在每一張餐桌上,為你打造一個溫馨浪漫的用餐氛圍。無論是與家人共享美食,還是與戀人共度浪漫之夜,都是唔錯嘅選擇,當然當晚都有好多枱慶祝緊生日。



特別提示:逢星期三/六會有live band 唱歌,亦可點歌,配上美酒佳餚氣氛更加chill 。
