To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔講唔覺原來都幾多嘢食下雖然豉油雞只係好平常,平時去快餐店都可以食到,不過小編就特別鍾愛呢隻豉油雞。首先雞嘅肉質好嫩滑一D唔「鞋」口,雖然就唔係話好厚肉,不過勝在隻雞都唔算太肥。而且隻雞都好入味,豉油味真係好重。小編覺得呢個湯好適合冬天飲,因為佢嘅胡椒味真係好重。另外佢裏面嘅蘿蔔亦都煲得好淋好入味,而且裏面其實除咗有豬根之外仲有其他嘅配料,例如:少許豬肺等。不過其實豬根小編都係第一次聽小編對佢嘅印象就麻麻,因為小編覺得佢好多油,雖然小編平時好鍾意食炸大腸,不過佢呢個就冇咩調味,所以小編對佢嘅印象都係一般般。佢呢啲鮑魚都幾大隻,而且都幾淋身,佢表面唔會話好厚粉,而且佢有落少少華鹽喺面頭所以都幾惹味,只係中間個心靭少少。呢條魚個名小編又係第一次聽,不過肉質都幾彈牙唔似係平時嗰啲養魚咁,另外肉質亦都好鮮甜。不過上枱嗰陣條魚中間嗰啲就未熟得晒,但如果攞返去反蒸又會嘥咗條魚,所以最後放棄左嗰少少。首先佢個飯好夠味而且佢地將啲鱔黃切粒,連埋啲飯一齊食就好有咬口,不過小編就略嫌飯裏面嘅薑粒多咗少少,薑味太重令到鱔黃唔係好突出。但係佢飯嘅份量的確係多。小編覺得整體嘅質素唔錯雖然價錢一啲都唔平!!!
