To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三姐海鮮飯店比點比較偏僻 係將軍澳一條村屋入面 算係幾隱蔽 店外有兩隻專名嘅鎮店「神獸」好大嘅飛河龜 好得意 見到人同互動會有回應跟住你轉 去到餐廳食飯不妨都同佢地打聲招呼🤣三姐豉油雞 $480 呢幾年經常都去 最少都一至兩個月都去食一次 所以算係見證住佢啲質素嘅起落 老實講 第一次食真係好驚豔 從未諗過豉油雞可以咁好食 焦糖味嘅香 豉油嘅甜 同傳統港式豉油雞好重玫瑰酒好唔同 完全係另一種好食而且冇點食得出玫瑰酒 可以講係全香港最好食嘅豉油雞 但疫情關係 而家平日黎食 豉油雞都要提前一日預定開爐 醬汁相比以前遜色唔少。陳皮豆豉蝦 $188聽個以為係清蒸 其實係避風塘嘅另一種做法 只不過材料換成陳皮豆豉同蝦 未試過係其他地方食過 算係三姐特色菜之一 蝦火候炸得岩岩 份量都唔少 有7-8隻大蝦 陳皮被炒出香味 豆豉咸香 唔難 但亦唔會覺得好食到飛起整體來講 三姐餐廳最出色其實係豉油雞 其他菜算係附搭 每次都係為食雞而黎 如果真心鐘意食雞 一定一定一定要黎 因為第一次食真係好驚豔 會停唔到口 (連我一個唔食雞皮嘅人 都食曬啲雞皮就知😂😂)但整體價格偏貴 如果唔係食雞而黎會有所失望 continue reading

鍋貼小棠菜外層鬆脆,裡面是蝦膠和小棠菜,滿滿的蝦膠彈性足夠,味道鮮甜,配上小棠菜粒,令口感更加清爽,若份量多啲便更完美。胡椒蘿蔔豬筋煲,除豬筋外,還有青、紅、白蘿蔔,配上少許芹菜,令享受胡椒辣味之餘尚帶一點清香,達至調和境界。辣味够而不嗆,湯味濃而不辛。豉油雞是新鮮雞,雞的熟度剛好,味道鮮甜而不過濃,最驚喜是在雞肉上舖上些許豉油珍肝,味覺又多一層享受。椰皇燉奶是水準之作,椰味香濃,燉奶白滑,嘴巴甜時心也甜。 continue reading

食左大概有十年,間唔鐘都會去一次,從前都幾鐘意去三姐食飯,因為真係好食!但係自從三姐開始出名,呢間餐廳就越做越差,價錢越嚟越貴.加價冇問題,但加價之前應該將食物質素提昇,而唔係一邊加價,食物質數不停下降.除非食物質數可以提升返,否則絕對不會再去.其實你從前既味道,絕對收得起你今日既價錢.可惜,比我感覺,三姐好似已經冇咩心做了.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ continue reading

不久前聽過朋友介紹,今晚難得這街坊朋友也推薦這間,所以抱着萬分期待來朝聖。。。。可惜中伏了。。。咸。。。又是咸。。。都是咸。。。雜菇扒時蔬,咸得出奇,本是相當健康又沒難度的一味家常菜式另一膳片炒四季豆。。。厨司,你也太手重了,又是咸出名的窩貼小棠菜。。。知道不是窩貼,也沒有小棠莱,是墨魚胶加上蛋漿去煮,口感一般,也沒有驚喜冷氣又不足,服務又不夠熱誠, 可能因為疫情,想叫椒盐九肚魚沒有,改為椒盬魷魚,也沒有。。。徹底失望,連一碗海鮮泡飯也夠嗆咸的呢 continue reading

我從來都未寫過食評 但今次真係唔想寫都唔得唔希望有第二家人 好似我哋咁慘 浪費咗一個節日食飯嘅好時光! 1)食物非常難食 清灼八爪魚淡而無味 ps 係落單嬸嬸專登推薦我食嘅 2) 蟹煲 煮得過熟 粉絲淡而無味 3) 羊腩煲索價388蚊 只有大概五六件羊 而且非常唔入味 我夠膽講稻香98炆羊腩煲畀佢好食一百倍 。 4) 脆豬手 係全舊都係肥膏 完全冇肉食 而且非常咸5) 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝168蚊4隻 扇貝雪味十分濃郁而且加勁多蒜蓉遮蓋都食得出係雪貨 粒扇貝我九成肯定係放返落個殼度再落去蒸 佢夠膽收我呢個價錢 我真係佩服 但不得不提豉油雞係做得幾好食嘅!!其實都係因為屋企人聽過佢嘅名氣而慕名而來 今餐真係食得非常不滿 我地一家人向來都唔係 對食物要求好高嘅人 但呢間餐廳服務質素 以及食物都非常垃圾 加上地點十分隔涉 想嚟食嘅朋友真係要三思!ps 餐廳入面有個肥叔叔態度十分惡劣 唔明白點解黎畀錢食飯都要受氣 continue reading
