Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度大多係lunch time既開餐地點,幫襯多次,以食lunch定食為主。定食有主食、小食、麵豉湯及餐飲一小杯。當中以刺身、壽司及牛肉定食較為吸引。壽司定食中,壽司有大約有6件手握壽司加四件卷物配蕎麥麵或烏冬一碗,係最受歡迎既一款。牛肉定食主要有兩種選擇,一係燒牛肉或燒汁牛,其中以燒汁牛比較好,因唔會"un"。而刺身定食係最貴既一個,但品質不錯,值得一試! 刺身定食:共有7種刺身,包括:三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、牡丹蝦、帶子、海膽及吞拿魚蓉。各樣刺身有兩件。魚生全都新鮮,而且品質為中尚級,當中吞拿魚刺身無出面既吞拿魚甘紅卜卜甘恐怖!而牡丹蝦及海膽既質素亦有保證!吞拿魚蓉一樣唔錯,無筋,但當然無Doraya既甘好啦!總括而言:呢度食野係一分錢一分貨,所以無驚喜,係食餐好既好選擇!如果等位安排比較無系統,如有改善會更好。
