To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過柏廷坊見7樓新開左間食日本菜嘅餐廳就俾佢吸引左上去一入到去環境都幾優雅, 坐落幾舒服我叫左個燒銀雪魚定食, 一黎到見個賣相好得個蛋真係好滑, 食到最底有粒白果, 果然係正宗日本菜而主角銀雪魚食落有麵豉味, 好香好特別細問之下先知原來銀雪魚係用麵豉醃過先再燒第一次咁食, 個味道好難忘, 唔錯唔錯!! 友人叫左個雜錦刺身定食好多款刺身, 個樣好靚, 而味道友人就話幾好, 唔怪得佢咁快就KO左成個餐! 總括而言, 呢度幾有正宗日式風味, 一定會再黎!!
