To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個赤柱、一杯咖啡、一天悠閑的假期...

2012年12月23日，星期天，難得天氣好又近聖誕，去了老遠的赤柱舒緩都市緊張的氣氛。去到已經兩點幾，在仍未食Lunch的情況下，選了一家很想試的餐廳 – Classified.我本人特別喜歡這種Café式的餐廳，因為進去的時候令我感覺很悠閑。那天點了一個Classified漢堡包，一個烤雞凱撒沙拉和一杯熱咖啡。這個Classified漢堡包的包面上有很多芝麻，食的時候特別的香，肉不是特別厚，令整個Burger的味道不會太濃太重。烤雞凱撒沙拉是正常水準，沒有令人失望。我最喜歡就是照片中小小的咖啡，這杯咖啡不但很香很滑，還使我放鬆了神經，好好的享受整天的假期。食後感：如果到赤柱想好好的休息一下，我想到這餐廳喝一杯咖啡一定能令你的假期變得更加輕鬆、享受。
