隨意在海邊行，發現這店有Happy Hour，飲品只係$45起，於是就叫咗兩杯Sangria, 一杯用白酒做底另外一杯用紅酒做底，我覺得紅酒嗰杯比較好飲，侍應還很貼心地自動送上兩杯水，讓我們飲完酒可以清清個口，坐低發現原來有happy hour set ，是2杯飲品加 小食，小食薯餅單點要$70 ，happy hour set 都係HKD 120, 真係好抵，問侍應我哋可唔可以變做set，原來可以，真係非常高興， 薯餅很快便送到，一共有四件全部都非常之脆口，係新鮮炸嘅，坐在外面有涼風有美景有遊人歡笑玩樂之聲，真係十分之正，會再來吃午飯

全程極差的體驗。一開始見店內環境、菜式好像不錯，而選擇嘗試。前菜蕃茄湯太濃了，濃到嗆喉嚨的感覺。飲品方面，叫了一杯芝麻拿鐵和紫薯拿鐵，飲落完全就係用水沖出來的。到main course到左，有三個staff經過見到，都毫無意慾幫我們收起。到叫上甜品的時候，說了「may I have the dessert？」，職員卻攞左張單比我埋單😅😅實在疑惑。甜品只是一塊疑似百香果味的cake，味道又酸，很奇怪。即使到埋單時刻，店員仍有出錯，charge錯價錢🥲搞咩

行完山身水身汗，找一間餐廳食晏，順便嘆一下冷氣。赤柱假期日子特別人多，搵食艱難，好不容易才找到 classified 有位。首先飲番杯凍飲降一下溫。牛油果藍莓沙冰新鮮生果製造，甜美。綿綿密密的口感，正！蕃茄龍蝦汁蝦意大利飯呢間餐廳啲risotto 和 pasta好喜歡，質素有保證。飯粒有嚼口，半熟的狀態好有咬感。每粒飯都沾滿龍蝦汁，十分味美。素肉批賣相有點似薯茸批。味道比較淡，素肉不是十分討好，感覺麻麻。Greek Salad粟米，靑瓜，洋蔥，橄欖…..非常清新健康之選。

星期日嘅下晝，諗唔到有咩地方好去。咁就揸架車周圍去玩。但係大家都知道香港揸車要搵位泊都有相當嘅難度。諗黎諗去諗來諗去都唔知道去邊度。咁啱想去睇吓海，於是乎就入赤柱喇。赤柱可以話係香港嘅異國風情，一向都係外國人聚居嘅地方。難得入到黎除咗睇吓海周圍行吓之外。咁當然要搵個地方醫下肚啦。坐低都成兩點幾啦。咁但係又想食早餐喎。咁就一人一份all day breakfast啦。都係果句，所有食物都係製成品。咁所以餐廳其實基本上都係加返熱比食客就上得枱。但係唔知點解可能覺得今日係假期成個人都放鬆咗，所以我覺得份早餐好好食。

沙律唔一定綠色🌱這個沙律好食又滿足

Classified 有好多分店黎到赤柱大部分都西餐 食嘅主要係pizza 意粉 alldaybreakfast brunch見classified入面環境幾舒適就入去啦成個氣氛好relaxing好鍾意佢個餐牌 設計到成份報紙咁 好特別而且選擇甚多 尤其飲品 咖啡 茶 果汁 smoothie 酒 咩都有因為3點到去食 唔想太heavy 冇揀burger/pizza/pasta 又覺得egg benedict/omelette嗰啲太少最後揀咗個沙律平時嘅我係一定唔會整係食沙律 因為好唔夠飽 又好似太齋咁 得生菜今日之所以叫依個沙律係因爲見佢好唔似平凡嘅沙律😂Roasted cauliflower couscous salad (Large)($115) + chicken (+$40)佢好均衡 👍🏻Couscous 係非洲小米 屬於碘粉質Almonds 有健康嘅脂肪加錢加咗雞就有埋 蛋白質Cauliflower 就提供dietary fibre好靚仔嘅沙律😍而且好大份又吸引味道亦唔錯Roasted cauliflower 白椰菜花 烤得好香 而且唔會好硬Couscous 就分散曬 睇落分

平時嘅我係一定唔會整係食沙律 因為好唔夠飽 又好似太齋咁 得生菜

 好靚仔嘅沙律😍而且好大份又吸引
味道亦唔錯
Roasted cauliflower 白椰菜花 烤得好香 而且唔會好硬
Couscous 就分散曬 睇落分唔清係白椰菜花定couscous 但係食得出
Couscous好軟 一粒粒好細粒咁 細粒得黎都有啲質感
Almonds 比我相像好食 以為係一粒粒成粒嗰隻 點知係一片片薄片咁
好有杏仁香味 同埋夠薄脆👍🏻
Pomegranate seeds 雖然唔起眼 但係加仲真係好食好多! 因為pomegranate seeds每粒都有汁 少少酸酸甜甜咁 起成個沙律入面 味道好出眾 而且粒粒都有核(可食的) 增添口感上嘅層次😋
Coriander (芫茜）我自己一向好憎食芫茜 好在佢依個唔多 同埋味道唔算重 接受得到
Lemon dressing味道較淡 基本上食唔出檸檬味 但係個沙侓唔會dry 會食到有層油
加$40加仲雞 份量就比較少啦😕而且好鞋口同乾... 唔好食...同埋遍鹹 燒得亦有啲過咗火 所以唔建議加錢加雞❗️
原先個沙律味道係好好嘅

價錢就...遍貴 (食貫平野 依啲已經算high class)
不過唔好嘅係...我竟然起碗沙律到搵到條不屬於自己嘅毛髮😀...冇追究
