To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時見佢排晒隊,今日我就去左試下而炒蛋出名既「旺記冰室」我今次就叫左餐肉炒蛋三文治+印尼撈面呢個餐非抵食,係同區黎講都算係平初頭仲以為個三文治會唔夠飽,所以就加咗個印呢撈麵!黎到既時候,我發覺我估錯了個炒蛋炒得啱啱好,最估唔到既係d粒粒餐肉,D粒粒餐肉都仲係脆皮!裏面仲有d生菜絲,食完完全都唔覺得好漏!不過,可能因為太多料,食完半邊之後,令外個半邊,多士就已經唔係太脆了!個印尼撈麵呢,就真係一個印尼撈麵la!🤣
