To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 〝華星冰室〞名不符實

嗰啲所謂好評今本就是名不符實，話說我是在華星冰室附近返工的，那店開鋪後日日都排長龍，所以有曰與同事們去嘗嘗．但入到去先知到落了答，是關間嘢係無嘢食．全店只得早餐(一種)，常餐(一種)，同營養餐(一種)三種選擇，再加埋啲飲品多士之類食品．當日由於我哋係去食下午，但在無選擇的情形下我地一行約8人(7男1女)唯有order常餐， 無情情下午飯竟然要食的雞蛋拼多士加得幾塊薄薄义燒的意粉，仲要收$28蚊，真係一百分搵笨．我真係唔會再去，俾錢唔緊要但你都俾啲人食嘅嘢人食吖！！！
