To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多年無嚟大澳，阿叔👨🏾對呢度已經無咩印象，腦海入邊只記得炭爐雞蛋仔、藍色橋、蝦醬。今次趁著休息，就同朋友再嚟慢活一吓！😌.嚟之前當然OpenRice一吓有咩正嘢食，今次搵咗呢間玻璃屋餐廳🏠，外型好似溫室嘅佢位於由舊大澳警署改建而成嘅大澳文物酒店一樓。網上💻搵資料，餐廳之所以叫Lookout，原來因為佢嘅前身實為舊時水警👮🏻‍♂️監視海盜之用，宜家佢嘅側邊仍然保留咗原有嘅天台看守塔，好有特色！餐廳入邊以玻璃室設計，裝修好有殖民地風彩。環境非常舒適，如果坐近窗邊，仲可以睇到無敵大海景🌊添！.今次難得嚟到，當然要試吓富有大澳色彩嘅嘢食啦！😝叫咗脆香大澳蝦醬雞翼🐔($88)同炸魚🐟薯條🍟伴大澳蝦醬他他汁($118)，講真......雞翼、炸魚、薯條跟出面市區嘅餐廳係一模一樣嘅😅，唯一唔同就係多咗蝦醬畀你點嚟食..........所以味道正常，無咩特別，如果你一心諗住好唔同，咁阿叔就怕你會失望喇！😅😅😅
