To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無錯阿叔👨🏻又嚟太平山街呢一區喇!之前同舊同事無所事事,又好耐無見,喺阿叔提議下,結果又嚟到呢區食嘢!😝.普慶坊位於太平山街再上一條街,比起太平山街更幽靜,經過呢間cafe幾次,深深畀佢悠閒嘅環境吸引住,可惜週末時間人太多👫🏻,所以決定今次平日嚟要坐到室外。.黑松露什菇意粉($118),呢個意粉🍝超好味,麵條比起出面餐廳食到嘅色澤較黃,而較粗身同蛋味較濃,網上💻搵資料,先知道原來佢哋嘅意粉係自家製,唔怪之得同其他咁唔同啦,配上什菇同黑松露醬,簡直係天衣無縫嘅組合!🤤.果油果多士($98),由於個意粉實在太好味,相對地呢份多士就變得普通咗😅,牛油果、生菜、蕃茄、煙肉,其實都幾足料,食晒成份都好飽。😌
