To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台式火鍋放題就食得多,泰式火鍋放題都係第一次去!估唔到種類都幾多。🍲最特別係有多款泰式湯底選擇,有冬陰功、喇沙等充滿泰國風味湯底,與其他火鍋放題唔同之處係,呢到仲有串燒、海南鷄、泰式甜品,係幾新穎嘅火鍋體驗!🐷肉類選擇都多,有肩胛牛小排、黑豚、牛胸腹、牛舌、羊肩肉等。因爲朋友唔食牛,所以當日點的肉類以黑豚肉、羊爲主。🐷丹麥黑豚肉肥瘦均匀,肉質軟嫩有油脂香,同羊肉一樣水準不錯。🍢串燒係撈上沙爹醬,唔會好辣,肉質軟香嫩。外面可以係水缸到夾本地養殖海蝦,有得食又有得玩。蝦肉質彈口幾新鮮。 最開心莫過於有蝦片任食~ 真係少有的泰國風味火鍋放題體驗,又在創興發現有水準放題~

🐷肉類選擇都多,有肩胛牛小排、黑豚、牛胸腹、牛舌、羊肩肉等。因爲朋友唔食牛,所以當日點的肉類以黑豚肉、羊爲主。

🐷丹麥黑豚肉肥瘦均匀,肉質軟嫩有油脂香,同羊肉一樣水準不錯。

🍢串燒係撈上沙爹醬,唔會好辣,肉質軟香嫩。外面可以係水缸到夾本地養殖海蝦,有得食又有得玩。蝦肉質彈口幾新鮮。
