To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次試咗一間越式餐廳,特別想推介個份量極多嘅二人餐,性價比真心勁高。🤩🤩🤩就喺戲院附近,睇完戲食返餐都係個唔錯嘅選擇~💡 越式升級二人餐 $258 🦐泰式生蝦刺身冷盤生蝦刺身開下胃,呢度有趣係會用撈檬個汁,意外地都幾夾,平個隻有時會太辣~泰式燒豬頸肉肉質非常嫩滑,味道鮮美。泰式香料和調味料搭配得恰到好處,令肉質入味,且口感豐富。燒烤後的豬肉表面輕輕酥脆,聞落比較香口。🍲生牛肉湯河 & 馬來椰香喇沙檬粉生牛肉湯河湯頭鮮美,比平時嘅濃味,牛肉軟嫩,配上滑滑嘅河粉,口感十分滿足。馬來椰香喇沙檬粉則散發著豐富的椰香味,入面仲有豆卜同蛋等配料。🧈套餐加配 珈央牛油多士 $42是日MVP,呢個完全冇諗過會咁出色,先係比想像中多,仲要有大大塊極邪惡嘅牛油,珈央醬甜而不膩,但又唔會有種酸酸地既味,原來係加咗煉奶。食咗一舊半都唔覺得好濟,仲係好回味~🍹青檸汁、檸檬茶同龍眼冰
