To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間算係我食過嘅烤魚之中最高質,除咗烤魚都仲有雞煲同酸菜魚選擇,,配菜款式多到你唔信,仲可以揀串燒,真係咩都有得食。😍💡 鮮花椒BB豆花 海爐魚 (小麻BB辣) $308 + 寬粉 $36賣相每一盤都排得好靚,利用咗洋蔥嘅紫色點綴,滾起等幾分鐘就食得。湯底好濃郁,香辣味令人食慾大開。海爐魚係最平,但都好滑好嫩,對魚肉有追求嘅人可以升級再揀其他魚。魚肉相對冇牛肉咁膩,配上濃味湯底,吸收到湯底又唔會油膩,比起打邊爐喪食牛嘅負擔冇咁大~個人強烈推薦寬粉,雖然本身都會有幾條,但煙煙韌韌配埋湯底真係超好食!💡 蒜香牛油燒扇貝 (2隻) $38唔好以為佢叫小魚兒,就淨係食烤魚,個人覺得串燒都好出色,調味到位。今次試咗兩隻扇貝,毫不吝嗇嘅蒜蓉蓋面,配埋牛油香氣十足,同時油份仲保護到扇貝嘅水份。💡滑牛肉 $88滑牛肉份量都幾多,每一舊都好易咬,索埋個湯底就超正。
