尖沙咀好多大廈都有唔少餐廳,呢間喺網上見到,去到樓下都差啲行過咗棟大廈,但上到去裝修好日式,仲有Bar枱chill住食串燒。💡燒鱈魚乾 $48前菜燒鱈魚乾,烘熱後變得香脆,係日本常見嘅佐酒小食,可惜今晚冇飲返兩杯。正式食串燒前,店員會先俾7色調味粉,係一味粉、七味粉同山椒粉仲有四款鹽,係柚子、咖喱、抹茶同檸檬。💡燒雞尾 $38 & 燒雞上髀肉 $38 & 燒雞頸肉 $ 38雞尾竟然係成隻雞算脂肪多嘅地方,用雞皮包住,出面燒得脆,入面充滿油香。上髀肉最難係伏,啖啖肉,雞頸係我最愛,唔知有冇人同我一樣。。。變成串燒可以一口食晒有少少唔慣,但口感依然係緊實又有彈性,仲要好jucy!💡雞心 $38嚟得燒鳥店,唔食內臟就太浪費,因為內臟都幾難燒,太生當然唔得,但一過熟就又硬又實。今次雞心燒得剛好,仲有醫油調味,唔腥之餘,口感軟軟腍腍,係平時其他部位好少食到嘅質感。💡糯米雞肉棒 $48本身好鍾意糯米釀雞翼嘅我,見到調返轉由糯米包住月雞肉咁燒都幾有趣。糯米燒到少焦,似煲仔飯飯焦,入面免治雞肉,仲係好熱好多肉汁。💡水牛芝士煙肉卷 $48 & 福岡安納芋(日本蕃薯) $58煙肉包住半融化嘅水牛芝士,極邪

煙肉包住半融化嘅水牛芝士,極邪惡!日本蕃薯好甜好甜,慢慢會蒸發水分,令到甜度更高。

秋葵凍食我真係唔得,但燒成串燒係唔錯,個滑潺潺嘅口感冇咁明顯,仲要多份香味,同埋對腸胃胃好好呀

整體嚟講,價幾相對幾平,店內裝潢都有種日式感,如果衝住內臟嚟試,性價比都幾高呀~仲有唔少特色串燒,唔係淨肉串咁悶,見到清酒貼紙牆都知道,開返枝清酒都唔錯啦~
