To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於太古廣場呢間fusion餐廳係Aqua𣄃下,我好早之前我已經book mark左,不過一直未有機會試,今日就襯住朋友生日一早book定位黎try try🥳😋擔擔湯包 $72/3件一咬落去啲湯已經湧出黎,做到皮薄餡靚,味道有少少酸辣,好似四川湯底咁,但又唔會辣過龍,做前菜夠晒開胃啊ˊᵕˋ)੭🥠海膽蟹肉春卷 $92/4件淨係個賣相已經好加分,點知食落仲有驚喜,海膽好新鮮,而且呢個配搭係出奇地match,食落好有層次感🐔雲南黑菌手撕脆皮雞 (必嗌) $210/半隻呢個係我同朋友評價最高既一碟,雞皮薄得黎燒到好脆好香口,配埋黑松露味既手撕雞🤤超級有驚喜,下次黎都一定要order🥘石鍋葱香鵝肝和牛炒飯 $258鵝肝配和牛一定無得輸( ´ ▽ ` )ノ啖啖飯都食到濃郁既鵝肝香味,鐘意食飯焦既你唔好錯過🦐蝦球蚊伊麵 $198呢碟菜係最後先上,由於之前食既野全部都好好味所以我地既期望都好高,但end up呢個伊麵係有少少失望,伊麵個汁好淡無咩味,不過蝦球都算爽口新鮮🥬花膠魚湯津白 $138整體不過不失,我覺得可以留啲quota試點心

一咬落去啲湯已經湧出黎,做到皮薄餡靚,味道有少少酸辣,好似四川湯底咁,但又唔會辣過龍,做前菜夠晒開胃啊ˊᵕˋ)੭

淨係個賣相已經好加分,點知食落仲有驚喜,海膽好新鮮,而且呢個配搭係出奇地match,食落好有層次感
