近排有好多朋友都去到這一間火鍋店裡吃東西打打卡😍我就立馬約我的家人一齊去到一間非常有特色,亦帶有懷舊香港風格的火鍋店。一入去餐廳就好像去了70-80年代的香港,每一個位置就連廁所的設計都着重於懷舊主題,整個環境都很好,餐廳亦都設有一個充滿藝術感的打卡空間,好適合打卡的朋友。今日我們就點了一個花膠雞鍋的湯底,一盤有豬肉及牛肉的肉肉,五款精緻火鍋配料,包括餃子、手打丸、墨魚滑、蝦滑、以及經典火鍋點心,當然不能少得餐廳的特色飲品。⭐️湯底:美顏花膠雞鍋超濃郁的雞湯湯底,鮮味十足,有半隻雞亦都有花膠、蟲草花等等配料,當雞湯煮得差不多的時候,職員會會幫你切開一塊塊嫩滑的雞塊方便去食🥰⭐️肉類:太極兩儀分別有牛肉及豬肉兩款肉類,牛肉會用紅酒浸著,而豬肉就用了黑松露牛奶,豬肉需要浸比較長的時間,才會帶有淡淡的黑松露味道,而牛肉就非常入味,充滿紅酒的味道👅⭐️精緻火鍋配料:⭐️七彩餃子一共有七隻色每一隻色都有不同口味,最讓我深刻的是黑色的黑松露餃子,帶有濃郁的黑松露味道🥟🥟⭐️七色丸也是共有七隻顏色的手打丸,每一款顏色都代表不同味道,最讓我深刻的是白色的芋頭手打丸,沒有芋頭蓉做餡料,但吃得出有芋頭味。⭐️一 帆

不同顏色的墨魚滑鋪在秋葵上,就好似釀秋葵,一定要用牙籤串在一起,不然墨魚滑就會跟秋葵分開。

用皮蛋與蝦滑混合在一起,也是第一次這樣吃,但皮蛋的味道消失了,而皮蛋的煙韌口感仍然存在🤪

有可愛的兔兔及金魚,都是用蝦肉做餡料,而南瓜及水晶包就用了香甜的奶皇做餡料,點心不能煮太久,因為會消失不見😂😂

餐廳用了番石榴汁製作成冰玫瑰花的形狀,然後再加入由奇異果菠蘿及橙汁混合而成我飲品,成個飲品都酸酸甜甜好開胃。

⭐️花月豪庭
中間是蛋糕包裹住燒咗的棉花糖,而側邊是奇異果及哈密瓜,蛋糕下係一杯由藍莓及蘋果再加鮮奶攪拌而成的飲品,清清淡淡的。
