 平時去打邊爐已經好忙,又要傾計又要淥嘢食,來到佐敦新開的火鍋店「香江花月」,女士們肯定忙上加忙,因為這裡實在太靚,影相打卡少不了。餐廳斥資了七位數字,打造成50年代的場景,場內的打字機、撥輪電話及留聲機等等,都由店主逐個搜索回來,得來不易,有心人不妨穿著旗袍過來拍照,絕對《花樣年華》Feel。另一超級打卡位就是鏡房內的汽泡時光隧道,五顏六色又有空間感,超夢幻!說回食物,想不到連火鍋都顏值很高,大大的一盤,將食材圍在盤邊,紅的肉,綠的菜,就像個色彩繽紛的花圈。我今天點的是「花月拼 $688」,有牛有羊有豬,讓我來數一數:牛胸油、厚切豬頸肉、安格斯牛肉、黑柏葉、牛柳粒、牛(月展)、手切本地牛肩脊、羊肉、牛心椗、牛舌、豬頸肉薄片,超豐富!鍋底有牛乳玫瑰鍋 ($168)、初菊龍井雞鍋 ($198)、金泊清酒海鮮鍋 ($368)、紫蘇野菌鍋 ($138)、花雕胡椒豬肚鍋 ($168),最靚是牛乳玫瑰,有兩朵玫瑰形的牛奶冰在鍋中慢慢溶化,但我不喜歡牛奶,無計。手切本地牛肩脊牛柳粒必吃牛肉,水準很高,採用松阪和牛、美國安格斯等,我的最愛是手切本地牛肩脊,淥一淥,仍保持嫰紅。牛胸油牛心椗還有一些較少

鳳琉香 $68

飲品亦絕不叫人失望,當中這杯「鳳琉香」最吸睛。以自家製的菠蘿味糖漿配以乾薑水,調酒師會用氣槍將煙霧波波打在杯頂上,三秒後即有爆破效果,煙霧彌漫,充滿仙氣!想睇真啲,記得看影片啦:
