To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新一年,和新婚的好友飯局,因他倆婚前要減磅Keep Fit,故一段時間沒好東西吃。現婚後一個月,可輕鬆的吃東西,當然要吃餐飽的。唯希望他們不會很快打回原形吧,大家有說有笑愉快地渡過一晚。選吃 酸菜魚,因我們也是嗜辣的人。海鱸魚~老壇酸菜豆花有四款不同味道選擇,當然就選了最平宜的【海爐魚】。餐牌寫上:魚約重一公斤,看上去也的確頗大條,肉實柔軟。中辣與中麻,起初辣度剛好,隨時間流逝,辣味慢慢的跑了出來,加上芽菜酸菜與豆腐配料,啖啖肉之餘,也吃到出汗,真的過癮。 雪花肥牛有牛味,油脂不會太多,放湯十數秒,一轉色就吃,灼的時間準確,又嫩又腍。午餐肉端上枱時已煎好,熱燙燙,可即吃,也可加在鍋中加熱加麻辣。蓮藕,萵筍,金菇,竹笙,圓薯粉,全都是$28/碟的配菜,價錢與新鮮度好ok。重慶雞煲 半隻食得興起,再來一個雞煲。這個味道與辣度頗合心,又是中辣中麻,煮得嫩滑的雞件黐上濃濃的汁液,好味,用它來灼配菜更!燒白鱔侍應說白鱔是每天新鮮到店的,限量;燒得皮脆肉香,嫩中帶甜,沒有泥味,很不錯。紅芭樂荔枝梳打番石榴加荔枝味嘅梳打汁。石榴頗香,少甜微酸。咸檸七,飲了一罐,再後多一罐七喜,味道還是ok。
