<四季悅>是日本風情洋溢的餐廳,之前吃日式放題時留了Contact,店長特意推介吞拿魚週年慶典,現場有開魚儀式,為了一睹巨型吞拿魚的風采,和營造神秘的慶生,我立即舉手報名。踏入餐廳,被體型龐大的水中霸王,吸引著視線。原條吞拿魚像躍身於冰塊上,感覺活靈活現,大家都前來拍照觀摩。到了七時半,師傅主持開魚儀式,並細心介紹生產地和特點等。吞拿魚由日本福岡直送,重30KG,師傅一邊劏魚,一邊娓娓道出赤身和拖羅的分別,魚身上半部分的魚背位為"赤身",肉質較爽而結實;魚身下半部份的魚腩位為"拖羅",肉質呈淡粉紅色,油脂豐腴,魚味香濃。經過講解,我也了解許多。標榜高質的日本料理,有長逹4小時的放題,食客可以慢活的享受每道精緻日食。落單後不久,萬眾期待的吞拿魚終於上碟了。每碟刺身有4片肥美、厚切的吞拿魚,3片為赤身、1片是拖羅部位,可以一次過滿足雙重口感。赤身豔紅,肉質爽脆而帶嚼勁,味道鮮甜而結實。拖羅部位有清晰的油脂網紋,質感軟腍、柔滑,油脂甘香,吃著是十分幸福, 我們吃罷都忙著Encore!芝麻醬蕃茄沙律及蟹籽沙律,十分醒胃,青瓜絲舖上滿滿的蟹籽,入口卜卜脆。雞軟骨串香酥可口,非常滋
