To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽咗好多年呢間茶樓,終於我有機會嚟 #理大 飲茶🤣 我哋埋位時間比師生早少少,店員安排我哋坐到偏廳🤨 點心就係隨意點,想食就點(四個人好似多咗少少😜)蜜汁叉燒包:一籠有三個,包實淨,餡還可以馬拉糕:好味,正常水準黑蒜蒸排骨:好惹味,蒸嘅時間啱啱好,個底唔會好多汁韮黃鮮蝦腸:皮薄餡夠,蝦大大粒,爽彈😍上湯杞子娃娃菜:呢道抵食,娃娃菜都幾多,湯頭清甜😋黃橋燒餅:估唔到呢度有得食,幾層外皮保持到脆口,餡料幾足,如果鍾意食台灣Q餅,不妨可以嗌嚟食😉脆皮燒腩仔:估唔到好食,係咁追食😛椒鹽魷魚鬚:食出係即整無翻炸,薄粉魷魚份量都唔少XO醬炒腸粉:夠哂火喉,唔會過辣,腸粉有先煎香再炒👍🏻鴛鴦釀燒賣:大大舊,螺片花菰,我個人認為可以唔使叫記得爸爸在世,身體仲行得食得,每個禮拜日佢都會同佢幾位朋友去呢間茶樓飲茶(當時唔需要登記做訪客),有時食嘢係為咗聚埋一齊吹下水,人生能有傾得到計嘅朋友,開心笑下就好,希望我老咗都係咁🤭
