To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小店人流好旺,Keep住有人排隊等位,一入到去就聞到好香湯味,即刻叫咗個二人餐,有湯粉麵又有小食嘢飲。泰式青木瓜沙律清爽嘅開胃菜~由青木瓜、蕃茄、紅蘿蔔絲、洋蔥等製成,酸甜可口火車頭湯河粉湯底好香濃,肥牛、牛丸同牛筋嘅份量都幾多,牛筋炆到好林蟹膏湯檬粉湯底濃濃嘅蟹膏味但又唔會食到好膩(升級小食)泰式燒豬頸肉豬頸肉整到好林身,而且燒到脆邊,有外脆內軟嘅口感(升級小食)泰式海南雞雞件多,肉質嫩滑,就算冇點酸辣醬都好食泰式奶茶同喺泰國飲嘅味道好似,不過就淡咗啲
