呢間餐廳其實我睇左好多人post,一直好想試但一直無機會。難得朋友話要去灣仔,就即刻book左💛入到來,佢好似法式bistro,入面雖然唔大,但氣氛好足,好適合date night/girls night🥂/香煎章魚鬚$148/估唔到呢個可以咁濃咁鮮🐙佢入口超嫩,嫩到以為自己食緊魚柳,配埋三文魚籽同citrusy 嘅羽衣甘藍🥬,係唔錯嘅🥗/21天熟成厚切豬扒$338/用上蜜糖芥末來醃,佢味道會帶少許甜甜。另外因為慢煮嘅關係,肉質較嫩同juicy🐷🐷/中式卡邦尼$238/用上傳統走cream-純用蛋黃形式烹煮。咁中式係邊呢?佢唔係用正常嘅煙肉,而係用左金華火腿同臘肉,真係幾創新🥓
