互 clicked 的朋友真係好緊要。話不投機半句多,同枱食飯各自修行,有幾辛苦相信大家都會明白。一班志趣相投,見面可以盡情話說東南,互相鼓勵,這些友誼要好好珍惜。今次又來我們幾個朋友仔每月一聚,順便中秋做節。在這時勢,打氣好緊要,傾訴完,笑完,苦水吐完,心情也會好起來。今晚我們來個中菜海鮮之夜,食到舔脷而回:送的前菜。上次是自家漬山藥條、水晶肴肉,今回是黑松露瑤柱,依舊很落本:體貼的 M 小姐預備了一支靚紅酒,就先來個香口下酒菜「椒鹽鮮魷魚」$138要兂預訂的「天麻燉魚頭湯」$988極足料,燉足四粒鐘,有去頭風及補腦作用,啱我,呢排成日叫錯人名。。。多謝另一位 M 小姐細心安排:湯是甜到一個點,大家連魚雲都唔放過。原來最有滋補養生功效,就是連天麻都食埋。唔苦的,甘甘甜甜:中秋做節菜「鮑汁花膠千層豆腐」$388骨膠原滿瀉,花膠「動L動L」般有黏口感。千層豆腐就是「冰豆腐」,索汁好料子:小弟至愛「頭抽肉蟹炒年糕」$668越南肉蟹,用乾蔥、蒜頭、蔥段、醬油先炒後放上海年糕,焗至入味:吃這菜除了吃蟹肉,那濃濃的醬汁更是寶,蟹鮮精華所在;配年糕索汁,堅係無得輸。調味沒過火,我吃得很爽!(押韻㗎
