蝦肉超級厚肉彈牙,冇平時好硬好脆嘅感覺🦐鹹蛋黃起沙卻不會太鹹,仲可以食到蝦的鮮味

幾得意嘅一道甜品,灑上覆盆子粉末再噴玫瑰糖水,儀式感滿滿🌹玫瑰味撲鼻而來,香甜感覺隨即跟上。蛋糕上面的慕斯質地軟身綿綢,又有覆盆子果凍口感幾豐富

全晚最愛之一❤️布甸綿實滑溜,桂花烏龍茶味超香濃,奶味繞舌幾圈作結尾,上面一片片嘅水蜜桃清新宜人,大推!

◎桂花酒釀丸子(HKD58) │ 3/5
勾芡重質地比較濃稠,桂花清香悠悠,不過就冇咩酒味。丸子不多,口感比較軟綿如果煙韌d更好
