K11分店環境舒適,適合聚會聊天,員工服務態度和藹。今次去食咗稻成片皮鴨半隻($268),份量唔算多,但外表精緻,鴨既皮也十分脆,而且饃饃皮口感十分特別,值得一試。追加鴨骨豆腐湯($88)湯有鴨既香味,算大煲,夠4人飲用。孜然手抓排骨($148)有6舊,十分香口,排骨比想像中多肉。黑松露鴨肉炒飯($128)有黑松露味,味道尚可,份量比較細分。紅燒牛肉麵($98)湯有濃郁牛肉味,牛肉份量正常,麵質也十分彈牙,值得一試。

好鍾意食酸菜魚既我每次都會黎呢間,因爲day 1就覺得佢調配個味係與別不同,唔太麻(出面多數都太麻),而佢秘製既香辣油加埋炸蒜同芝麻,真係好香好開胃,配埋酸菜子薑,隨時送幾碗飯。不過老實講,佢個配方成日都調整,有時我會覺得太鹹、有時會唔夠香辣,不過整體個味道都係度既。今次佢都整得好味,啲魚都滑,不過如果全部都薄切起雙飛就好,有啲厚切就口感「鞋」一啲,感覺唔新鮮。今次叫左佢個二人套餐,都好抵食,有三小碟、燉湯、酸菜魚、小炒、小籠包、甜品。酸菜魚既份量都幾大,我地三個人都夠食。套餐裡面其中一味餸係干扁四季豆,其實啲配料好香口,但啲四季豆未吸收到配料既味道。因爲驚二人餐唔夠食,另外加左海參燒蹄筋,驚喜位係蹄筋炆得好軟糯,不過我個人覺得太鹹,海參都炆得夠淋,欣賞伴碟既小棠菜有走過油,不過有部分未夠熟有菜青味。由於我經常都光顧,經理都請多個甜品我食,係欣賞既。

今日屋企人生日一齊去K11行街,不過見到呢間京川滬菜裝修幾吸引,就打算入去試吓。嗌咗幾度招牌菜同埋店員推介嘅,全部都好好食!《黃金蝦球配南瓜蘆筍》極度推介大家點呢道菜,滿滿嘅鹹蛋黃包裹住蝦球,味道濃郁,配上南瓜的甜味,簡直係完美《片皮鴨》呢間舖頭嘅招牌菜式,上堂嘅時候已經聞到濃濃嘅香味《龍王泡飯》入座嘅時候已經聞到隔籬枱嗌咗呢碟餸嘅香味,湯底鮮甜充滿海鮮嘅味道,珍珠貝非常彈口《麻辣花菜》如果想食菜嘅話推介大家嗌呢度,餸飯食啱啱好《夫妻肺片》味道濃郁辣味啱啱好《小籠包》呢個都係必點招牌菜!皮薄餡靚多汁《酸菜魚》魚肉鮮滑,酸菜湯底係我食過最好食嘅,招牌菜,入嚟嘅時候行過見到好似每一張枱都有點呢道菜

3個朋友聚餐,大家食量不大,點了個二人餐,份量超大大家都讚酸菜魚好好味不過,上菜速度太快,前菜剛剛上,還未起筷,所有主菜甜品也隨後即上,當品嚐小籠包的時候小籠包已經完全是凍的,如果上菜速度再慢一點點就更好了
