To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近年,KsMeow越來越喜歡「辣」,現在追求的是辣得有層次;最近到過《胡同》細味了一頓頗滿意的辛辣菜式呢!!!賣相如玫瑰的「藤椒花枝」,墨魚片以四川青花椒作調味,既香帶微辣,口感亦嫩滑如刺身般。 以醃製過的黃燈籠辣椒,伴肥大肉厚的北海道帶子的「泡椒帶子」,半熟的帶子爽口帶彈,味道先是微甜,後帶強辣,辣味讓主角的清甜完全突顯出來。 烹弄得非常乾爽的「山城辣子雞」,入口先酥後嫩,惹味的香辣感更佈滿舌上的每一吋,邊吃邊呼過癮。 以成都紅辣椒配安格斯牛肉而成的「水煮牛肉」,侍應把「水煮牛肉」放在桌上時,還加入一點酒並點火,透過火的力量散發酒味,讓整道菜充斥著鮮辣甘香的霸道滋味,用來拌飯吃一絕。 以龍蝦刺身作主角的「撈起」完全是非一般的奢華!配搭的微酸秘製汁醬,讓味道提升至極點,撈好後,大家也愉快吃著!希望來年越撈越旺呢!感謝欣賞 KsMeow 小分享!
