To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從買咗車之後就經常渣車周圍去搵食😋平時係金馬倫道附近做Facial見到有間餐廳叫【小魚兒】個名幾特別，今日放工search下原來係食烤魚、雞煲、酸菜魚，啱哂超鍾意食辣嘅我🤤放工就渣車去食la～🐟江團魚 $348依到出名烤魚、雞煲同酸菜魚，最後揀咗江團魚主打肉質肥美、油份重、含膠原蛋白，女士們最啱食，我幫佢改咗個名叫「美顏魚」，一邊食烤魚一邊補充膠原蛋白。烤魚口味就揀咗老壇酸菜豆花，咁就好似可以一次過試哂2款主打菜。可以自選辣度同麻度，配料都好豐富有：芫荽、豆芽、豆花、洋蔥、木耳、寬粉、蔥花、蒜，一樣可揀選不要任何一項或幾項配料。🌶️老壇酸菜豆花口味真係超推介👍🏻湯底好夠味，完美表達酸、麻、辣，然後又食得出湯底係經過熬製果種老火湯味，超多酸菜配料係每一啖都食到酸菜，烤魚魚皮好香，醬汁烤到好入味，魚肉好嫩滑，肉質真係好肥美，勁滿足😋🥬娃娃菜 $38每次都會叫「火鍋好朋友」娃娃菜，清新鮮甜，索哂湯底勁入味🤍荔枝乳酸爆珠梳打 $38酸酸甜甜好夾食辣嘢飲，梳打超解渴🍇香檳葡萄乳酸爆珠梳打 $38巨峰提子飲得多，香檳葡萄味道更高級，真係似飲緊香檳小魚兒(尖沙咀店)📍地址：尖沙咀金馬倫道16號金馬大
