To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日工作壓力大,每到 weekend,就是輕鬆大解放的時候!週末早上來個半自助 brunch,任吃手握壽司三小時,享受一下陽光,應該是頗治癒的 XD 中環 LKF 的「FUMI」,之前和同事們來食午餐,刺身、天婦羅海老、宮崎牛肉壽喜燒均不俗 。 今次來吃 weekend brunch,心情絕對大不同,是 relax 得多。 「季節限定小食六款」,送酒類小吃: 每人一客「雜錦天婦羅」,有炸海老、秋葵、茄子、玉米: 一如之前吃過,炸功到家,鬆脆乾身不油。炸海老好吃,蝦身爽口,䖄天婦羅汁和蘿蔔蓉吃,相當對胃口: 「串燒拼盤」都是每人一客,有鹽燒雞翼、牛脷、冬菇、免治雞肉棒: 免治雞肉棒最好吃,外面䖄滿日本甜醬油,內裡鬆軟 juicy,若能再配日本生蛋黃吃就 perfect。 鹽燒雞翼也不錯,好下酒,皮脆卜卜,雞翼用鹽燒也是相當穩陣。 任吃手握壽司和卷物有12款 - 鯛魚、油甘魚、深海池魚、三文魚、帶子、左口魚、甜蝦、赤身吞拿魚、鰻魚、香蔥碎吞拿魚腩卷、加州卷、玉子卷: 全部都可無限追加。最好吃及回本的,我首選帶子和甜蝦,兩者都相當新鮮,甜美度足,有黏口的感覺: 第二我

鯛魚,香蔥碎吞拿魚腩卷也不錯。值得一讚是手握壽司的飯都是細細件,保留傳統神髓,亦不怕很快就被填飽。
