話說做左司儀咁耐,隨住接觸既人越黎越多,漸漸覺得一張靚既卡片真係好重要,於是重金禮聘左位Designer幫手由草稿,將成件事落地,經過無限轉既來回,終於第一版既卡片成功出世,決定要同設計師黎個慶功宴~ 地點上都真係好神秘,相信有無數既上都曾經路過,路途中都曾經懷疑自己有冇行錯路,直至到達餐廳,先發現原來係另一片天黎既,真心好驚喜! 氣氛方面,係好chill既,最難得既係係鬧市中而目測客人又唔會太多,個環境仲幾靚添,即刻展開日本菜之旅先。Hamachi 先係既油甘魚,以食用花作裝飾,醬汁帶有輕微酸勁,一食就知道魚生係新鮮既,好吃到想enchore。Scallops 下一道都係刺身黎既,帆立貝黎講,新鮮就已經係皇道,Roji既出品係肉質雪白,質感細滑的,富清香既柚子味道。Chicken Cartilage 作為一道下酒良物又真係好唔錯,一口既分量,脆卜卜的。Clams 加入清酒既大蜆,鹹香感十足。King Crab 逐漸踏入味道漸濃既菜式,皇帝蟹腳上鋪上紫蘇,吃出絲絲蟹肉,沾手打既mustard mayo食,Mentaiko Udon呢個烏冬係當晚既主食,烏冬既掛汁力極強,明太子哥分鹹香
