To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實個人一向都幾鍾意柏景餐廳的熱葷,超過10款,而且好啱自助餐口味,有香草燒羊肩、 焗釀西梅豬柳配干邑忌廉燒汁、法式紅酒燴雞、芝士焗菠菜帶子、芝士焗椰菜花、香煎蘿蔔糕、瑤柱金菇時蔬、椰香咖哩牛腩、豉椒炒青口、黃金蝦棗、黃金魚皮及瑤柱薑米叉燒炒香苗

上次係沙嗲軒食過黃金魚皮送啤酒,正到無朋友,今次就無啤酒,但脆卜卜依然,點都要食返幾塊。

芝士焗菠菜帶子又係好受歡迎,菠菜軟稔得有點入口即化,帶子嫩滑,加埋溶化了的芝士,口感豐腴。

集齊了三十種食材的燉湯「三十功名」,火喉十足,大家記得要飲,湯色好清,但入口舌底生津而鮮甜,仲要每碗都有花膠,夠晒滋補。



除了原盅燉湯,仲有中湯栗子薏米豬骨湯及西湯南瓜忌廉湯供選擇。

中湯就比較有家常湯水的感覺;而西湯則鮮甜滑溜,不錯。

以前Movenpick雪糕專櫃會放係大門口,家陣移返入餐廳裡面,有薄荷朱古力 、士多啤梨、瑞士朱古力、雲呢拿夢幻、意大利奶凍、熱情果芒果雪葩及雪米糍,就算放係晚間自助餐,種類都算多。

特意將口感最rich的擺最後,(Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse)榛子朱古力慕絲入口軟滑如綿,甘中帶甜,我鐘意。



即場享用會有(Freshly Brewed Coffee or Organic Tea)即磨咖啡或有機茶,但take away就沒有了。

整個下午茶真係好豐富,而且即場食仲可以refill,真係有驚喜。
