整份定食嘅擺盤都好靚,而銀鱈魚亦燒得好吸引,又好大件,伴有好多沙律菜,同學講笑咁講,喺欠咗碗麵豉湯啫。講番個主角銀鱈魚,肉質細緻嫩滑,極富油香,魚皮更燒得脆口,再以清爽嘅沙律菜、清甜嘅橙肉平衡吓啲油脂,咁嘅組合真喺幾夾。

最後試埋個吞拿魚腩茸卷,相對啲腐皮壽司,呢個就無咩驚喜,亦無咩特別,但質素仍叫穩打穩紮,啲吞拿魚腩茸刴得綿密柔滑,佢哋嘅飯亦煮得恰到好處,紫菜亦夠脆口。

整體招呼亦唔錯,如果安排到埋邊卡位自成一角,唔使同其他客人「搭枱」就更好,因為太近距離,真喺唔想聽到人哋交談都唔得,哈哈。
