榮式燒雞扒,以前通常都係去灣仔總店,既然今晚要去佐敦,就食下分店質素啦。用得雞扒做店名,點可以唔叫雞扒食呢?我見餐牌上有雞藕天成($46),即係雞扒蓮藕餅飯,就叫呢個啦。燒雞扒有用黑胡椒醃過,雞皮脆脆地,雞肉都算入味;蓮藕餅幾厚身,咬落鬆軟。白飯淋上邪惡嘅燒汁同葱油炸菜,超好撈飯!不過,始終雞扒、蓮藕餅同多汁飯都係重口味之食物,喺我冇order飲品底下,好快就好口渴了。今時今日,榮式雞扒開左咁多分店,質素冇乜點變,行開附近都可以食下嘅。
