好耐冇打邊爐，今日帶埋屋企人黎到鵝頸橋附近呢間火鍋隨意門試下，入門前有張吊椅比人打下卡，相當有趣呢到既湯底都有好多款，選擇困難症之下就揀左個招牌鍋，就係花膠雞湯鍋雞鍋連同安格斯牛肉一齊上，牛花紋好靚，肉味超重，適量油花，煮一陣就食得，口感嫩軟好食😋其後就上埋黃金雙拼，分別係鹹蛋黃炸魚皮和響玲，邪惡感好重，兩者都夠脆同香口，鹹蛋蛋有厚度，食一件已經覺得有少少膩🙈珊瑚拼桂花蚌我覺得桂花蚌比珊瑚蚌更鮮甜爽口🤣口感有點勁道，鮮味十足大扇貝一份有四隻，扇貝有手掌咁大隻，煮一煮就離殼，好快就食得，柱肉厚實🤤裙邊呈波浪幾滑身。最後仲有點兩款滑，分別是手打蟹籽蝦滑同瑤柱乾貝滑，前者非常推介，爽彈之餘，份量仲好足，啖啖都食到蟹籽，好正🥰
