見到莆田有哆頭蟶節,我同老公都好中意食蟶子就入左去食,出面熱辣辣,一坐低梗係叫左冷盤食啦,見到細細碟以為好少,但原來都有10隻,蟶子用酒浸住,淡淡酒香,味道似醉雞翼,但口感當然完全唔同,蟶子鮮甜味美,最緊要咬落口唔會成口沙。鐵板鹽焗蟶子 $99而家餐廳做緊推廣,蟶子兩食$198,頭先試左酒糟,之後緊係試埋鹽焗,見到個牌寫住銷量冠軍,整塊鐵板舖滿粗鹽,食落唔會好咸之餘仲帶出蟶子既鮮甜。百秒黃花魚 $69「只用一百秒,蒸熟一條魚」,成個砂鍋上枱,短時間已經將條黃花魚蒸熟,唔會過老,調味只用了簡單嘅薑和蔥,魚湯充滿黃花魚既鮮味。興化米粉 $82米粉口感獨特,加上蝦,蜆肉同其他配菜,不油不膩,加上枱面上有個辣媽辣椒醬,加埋一齊好惹味又開胃
