九龍城食肆林立,貴的、平的、新的、舊的都有,除了泰國菜,還有不少日本餐廳,今天和朋友來到打鼓嶺道的日本串燒居酒屋「禮」食晚餐,想不到一間小小不起眼的餐廳,竟然能煮出這般高質的食物。餐廳有各式各樣的串燒,即叫即燒,新鮮熱辣,有平民價的豚肉牛肉雞肉,也有高檔的海鮮串燒,豐儉由人。先來兩碟前菜,是茄子,煮得很軟腍《明太子玉子燒》$88一向喜歡食玉子燒的我,當然不會錯過,這裡的玉子燒有4款,我選了明太子。玉子燒很厚也很滑,內裡包著明太子,滑滑的蛋加粒粒的明太子,味道很夾。《金菇牛肉卷》$38看似普通的菜色,但煮的好吃並非易事,金菇軟腍,牛肉不會煮得過火,味道也調得很好。《豚肉稻庭烏冬》$78豚肉唔肥,薄薄的,很軟腍,烏冬幼滑《照燒雞扒定食》$98照燒雞賣相吸引,甜甜的,配白飯就是一絕。
